John Gay, CFP® of Frisco Financial Planning LLC has been named to D Magazine's "List of DFW Best Financial Planners" in multiple installments since the 2006 edition, most recently in the November 2022 issue.

For each issue, D Magazine asks all Dallas Fort Worth area members of the Financial Planning Association "which financial planner would you send your close family member or friend to?"

Financial Planners that receive votes from outside of their own firm are counted more than those received from within a nominee’s firm. Self-nominations are not considered. Additionally, a local panel of financial planners reviews the list and only Certified Financial Planner™ practitioners who are members of the FPA (Financial Planning Association) are considered.
