  • Pre-planning profile (prospective clients; 3 min. est. completion time). Then schedule a prospective client discovery meeting on my calendar.

  • Plan data input (new and renewing clients levels two, three, four; 15-30 min. est. completion time).

  • Wealth Access account portal (level two, three, four new and renewing clients; 30 min. est. completion time; email us if you have never logged into the software platform).

  • Risk profile basic (level one and level two new and renewing clients; 15 min. est. completion time. Each spouse should complete independently).

  • Risk profile pro (level three and level four new and renewing clients; 15 min. est. completion time. Each spouse should complete independently).

  • Tax information (all new and renewing clients; 5 min est. completion time. Have your most recently filed personal tax return on hand).

  • Plan review (renewing clients levels two, three, four; 5-10 min. est. completion time).

  • Securely upload documents (new and renewing clients; 5 min. est. completion time).

  • After you have submitted all of the above information, book at time on my calendar for a plan presentation or review meeting (new and renewing clients; please allow 2 weeks for me to thoroughly prepare).
