  • Pre-planning profile (prospective clients; 10 min. est. completion time). Then schedule a prospective client discovery meeting on my calendar.

  • Risk profile (new and renewing clients; 10 min. est. completion time).

  • Plan data input form (new and renewing clients; 30 min. est. completion time).

  • Plan review (renewing clients; 5-10 min. est. completion time).

  • Securely upload documents (new and renewing clients; 5 min. est. completion time). Investment account statements (employer retirement plans, brokerage accounts, IRAs, mutual funds), 401(k) investment options, employee benefit summaries, insurance statements and/or summaries (not the entire policies please!), other relevant financial documents.

  • After you have submitted all of the above information, book a time on my calendar for a plan presentation or review meeting (new and renewing clients; please allow 2 weeks for me to thoroughly prepare).
